Questions
The things people actually ask.
What sort of machinery do you buy?
Forklifts, telehandlers, skid steers and compact track loaders, mini and midi excavators, light towers and floor sweepers. If yours is not on that list, send it anyway and we will tell you straight whether it is something we take.
How do you work out the price?
We track realised sale results across Australia, so the number is based on what machines like yours actually sold for — not what dealers are asking. Hours, condition, service history and attachments are what move it.
It still has finance owing. Can I sell it?
Yes. We check the PPSR, pay the financier out directly at settlement and you receive the balance. It does not reduce our offer.
Does it matter if the machine was ever registered?
Tell us either way. It changes the paperwork on our side, not the offer — some forklifts and loaders have been road registered and some never have, and both are fine.
Who pays for transport?
We arrange it and quote it before you commit, so the cost is visible up front rather than appearing at the end.
It has done a lot of hours. Is it still worth sending?
Send it. Documented servicing changes how hours read — a high-hour machine with a full service record can be worth more than a lower-hour one with no history at all.
Want a number on it?
Two minutes on the form. A firm offer inside 24 hours. No obligation.
