Offers are indicative until inspection
The number we give you after the form is based on what you have told us. It is a genuine offer, not a hook — but it assumes the machine is as described. If we find something material at inspection that was not disclosed, we will tell you what it is and what it changes, and you are free to walk away. You are never committed to selling because you asked for a valuation.
Listings and availability
We describe stock as accurately as we can, including known faults. Listings are not offers to sell: availability, specification and price can change, and items sell without the page being updated immediately. Anything important to your decision should be confirmed with us before you travel or commit.
Consignment
Submitting a machine through the consignment form is an enquiry, not an agreement. We review every submission and nothing is published until we have approved it and spoken with you. Commission, reserve, storage and the term of the arrangement are set out in a separate written agreement, which is what actually governs the consignment — not this page.
